Haida is a swashbuckling batsmen and medium pace bowler for the twos. Leading wicket taker for the last three seasons Haida will be looking to make it four on the trot. Exceptional fielding has resulted in Haida achieving 3 direct hit run outs in one game when he couldn't bowl them out. his main objective for the 2016 season is to arrive at the ground before the start of play.

DC , another Lancastrian in the club translates for Worthers. A solid and reliable batsmen for the second team who regularly plays key innings and keeps wicket when needed. A Tranmere rovers fan proving he really is a scouser at heart.

Senior pro Mike can often be seen warming up with a quick cigarette before taking the field. A South African with a competitive spirit bowls accurate off spin and is a key big hitter down the order. Father of promising youngster Nick.

Another product of the Sparsholt Junior set up albeit a number of years ago. Simon has played for all team within the club, a swing bowler,great fielder and hard hitting batsman with an exceptionally good eye. Can turn a game in a couple of overs and frustrate opposition bowlers.

Nayan has come up through the junior section and took an impressive 5 for 6 in a first xi game against Fawley in the 2016 making him the first of his peer group to get on the honours board. A medium quick bowler and solid batsman Nayan will be pushing for more premier league wickets this season.

Pickers is another player who has come up though the youth set up, a game changing all rounder who can bowl with accuracy and bat solidly.

Prycey has been playing cricket longer than anyone at the club and has played at the highest levels of amateur cricket before Joining Sparsholt at the turn of the century. A deceptive swing bowler his experience and reliability are a great addition to any side. Captained the second team for a number of seasons and has contributed significantly with the bat.

Another Lancastrian from Preston Jamie joined Sparsholt in 2016. A swashbuckling batsman with his own stylish Preston slog talks almost as much rubbish as the chairman. An ex footballer who runs around like billy whizz from the beano (an old comic for those who haven't heard of the beano).
Jamie is so important he expects other people to update his member registration for him.

Greg son of Keith and brother of Alex , a solid all rounder who is capable of playing at any level within the club and has done. His medium pace is an asset to any attack as his his lower order batting.

Current Club Chairman from 2017 and beyond, having captained the first team from 2013 to 2016. Of Lancastrian heritage playing cricket in the Palace Shield and then Central Lancashire League, before moving to Winchester KS in the mid 90's joining Sparsholt 10 years ago. Supports Morecambe FC. Has a habit of quoting lyrics from folk punk bands no one else has heard of. Tries to bridge the gap between the old traditionalists and the modern age of cricket.

Tim known as Tim self proclaimed knight of the Gunyon gates, talented all rounder and ex first team captain. Sparsholt born and bred and brother of Jon and son of Nev the Caddyshack crew. Can be seen driving a soft top car around when it's not on the back of Togs trailer.

Dan was introduced to the club as Drew and immediately earned the nickname Dandrew as its about as ridiculous as his partner in crime boyband hair style. Dan joined from sparsholt having played for Bournemouth Uni and Old Basing. A medium pace bowler and dynamic fielder.
