  11. Small
    Lucian Cook

    Preferred position: Batsman

Lucian has been a regular fixture at Sparsholt since 2001, having captained the Sunday side since 2007. Legend has it that he used to purvey medium-slow left arm away swing. Now, however, he merely carefully selects his position in the batting order dependent on the opposition and endeavours to hide himself in the field.

Previous clubs, that include Allerton, Trinity College, Wimborne and Dorset Rangers, reflect a depth of experience. His inability to resist the lofted cover drive or the reverse sweep suggest that he has learnt little from it.
